HOW TO GET STARTED

BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL TO CONFIRM THE FIT

Please fill out the form, and we will reach out to you. We’ll schedule a 20-minute spot on our calendar to answer your questions and address your concerns. If we both feel there’s a good fit, we’ll start the paperwork and request a deposit payment.

BOOK YOUR SESSIONS

At the outset, we’ll ask you to book two blocks of time of ~3.5 hours each where you’ll make yourself available on Zoom for discovery, and checking in on our design progress. We’ll also book a final check-in at the end of your week for sign-off. You’ll work with our Project Manager to set up times.

YOU'LL DO SOME PRE-WORK

With sessions booked and paperwork squared away, we’ll kick off your project by sending you a short questionnaire to help us understand your brand. It should take you no more than 30 minutes to complete.

YOUR WORK SESSIONS

We’ll meet, first, for a roughly 1-hour Zoom discovery session to review your questionnaire and get on the same page in terms of where you’d like to take your brand visuals. We’ll then go off and do the work–checking in with you throughout the work block to show progress and receive direction. We’ll then check in again at the start of Session Two to show/share progress and get your direction on the brand content we’ll develop. The final session will be about getting approvals.

DELIVERY & HANDOFF

At the end of the session(s), you’ll have your fresh, online-optimized branding in hand. You’ll receive full access to your new Brand Content Kit with your logos, fonts, colours, and content captured in a handy Canva file — making it easy for you, and/or anyone on your team, to create absolutely on-brand, consistently impactful designs and content for your business. You’ll also receive a fully branded Google Doc with links to everything you need.
