Khôra Architecture + Interiors, led by Michelle Fenton, is renowned for creating thoughtful, human-centered spaces with a focus on justice, equity, diversity, inclusion (JEDI), and environmental sustainability. While their mission-driven approach had earned respect in the industry, Khôra faced challenges in clearly articulating their unique value and scaling their content efforts to deepen audience connections and drive inquiries.
Michelle wanted her brand content to amplify Khôra’s voice, share their compelling design philosophy, and showcase their innovative projects in a way that would resonate with potential clients, collaborators, and the community.
But perhaps even a bigger challenge was her time. As a busy business owner and architect, she needed a practical plan that she (as the firm’s primary content creator) could easily follow.

Through our work together, we helped Michelle uncover new storytelling opportunities and offered a clear roadmap to amplify Khôra’s message authentically and consistently. We did so by delivering two of our then-brand-new quickstart services. The fun part of this project was that Michelle was willing to help us, in turn, by providing us with feedback and suggestions along the way for how to improve and optimize the service.
Audit to Action: We conducted a comprehensive Brand & Worthy Rivals Audit, analyzing Khôra’s own content and assets, its competitors and model brands, and identifying Khôra’s unique positioning within the architecture and design space. As part of this service, delivered in a week, we prepared a focused Next 10 Tactics Checklist, offering actionable steps to refine their content strategy and strengthen their online presence. The resulting package included insight, plenty of inspiring examples from other brands (with easy suggestions for how Michelle could outdo ’em with her own content), and clear next steps.
The Quick-Start Content Plan: Following the delivery of our audit and tactical recommendations, we were crystal clear about what content Khôra needed to stand out in their field, as well as about the kind of content Michelle, as the chief content creator (and busy owner) was most interested in creating. That’s important! With these insights, we collaboratively developed a 90-day content plan aligned with Khôra’s business goals, incorporating tailored strategies for key messages, content formats, and publishing schedules.
We then provided Michelle with a detailed content calendar and insights into engaging audiences more effectively on Instagram, LinkedIn, and their website.
