Dr. Maria Brake approached us with a challenge. There were a number of medical aesthetic clinics in her homebase of Kelowna, B.C., but no other clinic offered the experienced support from an otolaryngologist (a doctor specializing in the head and neck), which Omorfia provided. With a vision of bringing a safe space and medical professionalism to the people of Kelowna, Dr. Brake opened Omorfia Medical Clinic in early 2020—and reached out for our support to ensure that her audience knew just what she brought to the table. Specifically, Dr. Brake was looking for help with boosting Omorfia’s site traffic, increasing their overall calls and bookings, and for support to optimize and maintain the brand’s Instagram account.
Our team got to work. After working with Dr. Brake and her team to identify and prioritize content and social media marketing goals, audiences, and to clarify their desired story and messaging, we worked together to create a Strategic Content Marketing Plan. the plan captured Omorfia’s key Marketing Objectives, Target Audience, Story Pillars, Audience User Flow, and a suggested Channel Plan. We also created a Visual Brand System capturing how the brand should look and feel, visually, across its channels (including website and social media), as well as outlining both a Content Calendar and a Paid Ad Plan.
Tactically, we prioritized several projects, and got to work first on refreshing the design of the Omorfia website and social content, creating several fresh pages for the website, and fresh content types and templates for Instagram. We also updated web copy, redesigned the Omorfia newsletter, and set up and managed an ongoing Google ad campaign.
Another highlight project for us was setting out to capture, and tell, several client stories. The work included interviewing several satisfied patients, and capturing their stories on the Omorfia website, and social channels.
Our work with Omorfia led to a 400% increase in average monthly site traffic during our work together. We were also delighted to note that average monthly pageviews on the brand website increased by 350%; Omorfia’s social media following grew organically by 126%; and the brand’s email open rate went up by 20%. Omorfia has also seen a steady increase in calls and bookings from new patients.
