Lumisphere, an ambitious initiative from nonprofit Visions2030, was gearing up for a high-profile public art installation at a major museum plaza. With an October 1, 2025 launch date fast approaching, the team needed a polished, professional brand presence to drive grant proposals, fundraising, and public engagement—all on a tight timeline. As founder Carey Lovelace described it, they were “fixing the plane while flying it.”

This was a perfect fit for our Brand Content Kit: a focused, rapid-fire branding sprint that delivers all the essentials—a fresh brand logo, colour palette, typography, along with a brand new presentation deck to show off the new branding—all in just one week.
We kicked off with a custom brand discovery questionnaire to capture Lumisphere’s vision and values within the Visions2030 mission.
Led by Creative Director Lara Kroeker, we facilitated two collaborative half-day workshops, gathering real-time feedback and making swift, strategic decisions.
By Day Two, Lumisphere had a draft logo, colour system, and type hierarchy. We then applied the new brand to a presentation deck that the Visions2030 team had put together, complete with new layout grids, updated style guides, and practical templates for the team’s immediate and future needs.
Our brand kit deliverables include not only fresh branding, but newly content, too.
By week’s end, the Lumisphere team had everything they needed to launch with confidence, including:
A custom logo and wordmark
Refined colour palette and font pairings
Simple, actionable brand guidelines
Layout grids and Canva best practices
A fully branded, ready-to-use pitch deck for grant applications and killer fundraising

Lumisphere’s team now uses their Canva templates daily to promote the installation, secure funding, and build excitement for the October launch. The new brand identity not only supports their immediate goals but also lays a strong visual foundation for Lumisphere’s global campaign through 2030.
